Training Program

We the Problem Solvers: Making Monitoring and Evaluation Empowering

Building capacity for meaningful M&E in development work

About This Training

Developing empowering monitoring and evaluation systems

Developing monitoring and evaluation systems to report results is central to a developmental organization's work. Many innovative attempts are being made to streamline these processes. However, teams working in the field are always burdened with data collection, maintaining data sets and developing different reports for submission to various agencies.

These tasks often are not empowering and end up becoming hindrance to their main tasks of mobilizing communities, training them on different aspects of developmental issues and attempting to bring a social change in communities we work with.

The course is specifically designed for the field facilitators working directly with the communities. We believe that capacity building of field facilitators can help organizations in improving communication within the organization as well as with other connected stakeholders.
